Haven is a crisis prevention service that can help manage self-harming thoughts, anxiety, and depression. Trained mental health support workers would be able to listen non-judgementally and offer support for people who are struggling with their mental health. Haven can be accessed every day (Monday to Sunday) from 6 pm until midnight. To access Haven please call 01724 279500. Please leave a message if no one answers and one of our support workers will call you back as soon as someone becomes available.
