Peer Support

Peer Support session is for everyone who wants to expand their social circle. You can come along to chat with our other members, volunteers, and staff or you can join in a range of activities provided alongside the sessions.

Peer support is open every Monday to Friday from 1 pm to 3:45 pm.

​

You can come along to chat to our other members, volunteers and staff or you can joining in a range of activities including quizzes, indoor bowling, relaxation & chair based exercises, games on the Wii and arts & crafts.

​

Refreshments are available for free including cups of tea/coffee or a glass of juice.
