WRAP
Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) is a personal framework to give you ways of feeling better and managing your symptoms. WRAP helps you to learn about yourself and can develop alongside your own recovery. It is a useful way of organising a lot of the techniques or ‘wellness tools’ that you may already use for easy reference, and recognising any triggers that may cause you to feel unwell. You also have the option to put together a crisis plan for your workers or family to consult if needed.
You can put a WRAP together alone or in a group. Being in a group setting is preferred by some because other members can share experiences and new ideas, and most importantly, support. Not everyone wants to share the contents of their WRAP but a group setting gives encouragement at times when you may not feel well or motivated to use your WRAP.
WRAP group sessions run on Mondays from 2 pm until 3:30 pm. Please note that in order to access WRAP sessions you will need to book Initial assessment appointment first.
Individual WRAP sessions are appointment based and there might be a waiting list for it.
