Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) is a personal framework to give you ways of feeling better and managing your symptoms. WRAP helps you to learn about yourself and can develop alongside your own recovery.
It's a useful way of organising a lot of the techniques or ‘wellness tools’ that you may already use for easy reference, and recognising any triggers that may cause you to feel unwell.

You also have the option to put together a crisis plan for your workers or family to consult if needed.
During WRAP we can share experiences, ideas and offer support with others and gain encouragement at times when you may not feel well or motivated to use your WRAP.
WRAP group is held on Monday afternoons at 2 pm. It is a hybrid session and can be accessed either in person at our Fenton St office or online, so please inform a member of staff your preferred way to participate.
