Safe Space is North Lincolnshire Mind's late night support line that can help you manage thoughts of self-harm, low mood, and anxiety.

Trained mental health support workers are here to listen non-judgmentally and offer support for anyone who is struggling with their mental health.

If you are struggling and need support call us any evening, including bank holidays, from 4pm until midnight on 01724 279 500.

If we don't answer, please leave a message and one of the trained staff members will call you back as soon as possible.

I need support with my mental health

There are a variety of services available to help with poor menta

health. 

North Lincolnshire Mind provides support for people who have mild to moderate mental health issues.

We accept self-referrals, as well as referrals from other agencies. 

Contact your GP if you feel like you need additional support to manage your mental health.
