North Lincolnshire Mind Mental Elf Festive Fun Run 2025 🏃♀️🎄
We’re excited to launch our first ever Mental Elf Festive Fun Run 5km event!
Take part in the family friendly 5km fun run at Central Park Scunthorpe on Sunday 30 November
Mental Elf Festive Fun Run is a festive fun run for everyone – whether you’re a seasoned runner or prefer a stroll in the park. You can walk, run, skip or dance your way around the route.
Bring your little ones and even your four-legged friends along – it is all about having fun while supporting better mental health in our community. Festive fancy dress is very much encouraged, but not essential – come as you are and ready to have a great time!
The event is open to all abilities and ages, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. It’s a wonderful opportunity to bring people together, not only to fundraise, but to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing.

Other ways to get involved!
Volunteering
Not running? You can still be part of the magic!
We wouldn’t be able to make Mental Elf Festive Fun Run happen without the help of our amazing volunteers. Whether you’re cheering on our elves, helping with registration, or handing out water, every role makes a difference!
If you’d like to get involved but don’t fancy the 5K, why not become an Elf Volunteer? We have a variety of roles available.
Ready to get involved? Click the button below to view the volunteer role descriptions or to register your interest.
Fundraising
Ticket prices include a donation to North Lincolnshire Mind, but if you'd like to make an additional donation or invite friends and family to sponsor you, you can do so via our JustGiving Campaign.
We encourage you to set up your own JustGiving page linked to our campaign. By doing so, you can double your impact - not only raising awareness, but also helping us raise vital funds to support people in our local community who are struggling with their mental health.
Every pound you raise helps us work towards a future where no one has to face a mental health problem alone.
While additional fundraising isn’t compulsory, it’s a powerful way to make a real difference this winter. We suggest aiming to raise a minimum of £25 - every bit helps.

Can your local business help support our Elves?

Are you connected to a local business that loves to support good causes? Or perhaps you run one yourself?
We are looking for local businesses to come on board as event sponsors. It’s a great way to get your name out there and show your commitment to mental health in our community.
By sponsoring the Mental Elf Festive Fun Run, you’ll be helping us raise vital funds to support local people through our services — and you’ll be part of something truly uplifting.
If you or someone you know might be interested, please contact us for more information on sponsorship packages and how to get involved.
