🌿Walk for Wellbeing this May
This May, we’re inviting you to take part in Step into Summer, a month long walking challenge in support of North Lincolnshire Mind.

Walking is one of the simplest and most powerful ways to support your mental health. Getting outside, moving your body and taking time for yourself can make a real difference to how you feel.
​
By taking part, you’ll also be supporting local mental health services across North Lincolnshire - helping to ensure that no one has to face a mental health problem alone.
Choose Your Challenge:

Pick a goal that fits your lifestyle. Walk throughout May and aim for:​​
🟢 125,000 steps (around 4,000 per day) – Great for beginners!
🔵 250,000 steps (around 8,000 per day) – A steady daily habit.
🟣 500,000 steps (around 16,000 per day) – For those who want to push their limits!
Walk anywhere. Anytime. On your own or with friends. At your own pace.
Every step counts.
Fundraising
We suggest aiming to raise £50 - £100, but there’s no minimum - every pound raised makes a difference.
