Coping with Life support group 

 

Coping with Life is a short 4 session support group that would provide you with tools and techniques of how to increase resilience, become more assertive, help manage worry and stress. Coping with Life support group runs every Wednesday from 2 pm until 3 pm. We are running this group via Zoom and in the centre for people who prefer face to face participation. This support group is for people with mild to moderate mental health issues, but everyone is welcome to access this course.
